On Friday March 15th- Sunday March 17th, 2019, Cadets in the War Eagle Battalion volunteered at the Tico Airshow to collect donations that go to the JROTC program. Cadets worked in shifts of two doing things such as: Selling programs, face painting, picking up trash, collecting donations for baked goods, doing pushups for donations, etc. Throughout shifts, cadets got to watch the airshow and help grab the American and State flag from parachuters. After the event, cadets helped clean up for the next day.
