Cosmetology club for the first time is going to ulta to learn new techniques about makeup, hair and nails. Next friday they plan to meet the employees and watch what they do on a regular basis at ulta.  

“ I can’t wait to go on this trip, this is my first year in cosmetology club and i actually like it. I’ve never done my makeup, hair or nails so this is definitely going to be a learning experience for me,” Senior Kianna Lewin said.   

Cosmo girls plan to make tee-shirts and plan to wear them to the trip to ulta. The club was able to design what they wanted on the tee-shirts for the first time.

“This is our first time we are making tee-shirts.We go to ulta we plan to wear then,” Senior Brooke Salter said.

This year cosmo girls plan to help with makeup, hair and nails for the girls who can’t afford those things for prom. Prom is May 11th, and Mrs.Huffman plans to leave her room open with snacks and beauty products all out and ready.

“I hope people would come and support our club, helping people do their makeup, hair and nails is fun! Last year  when we hosted this event about 15 girls showed up, it was amazing,” Mrs.Huffman said.
